The room we stayed in was large and spotless with lovely shower, lovely views of the countryside, the bar. The location was quiet for traveling around Sherborne, right by a lovely pub with great hosts, and Sherborne and Yeovil.

If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in a lovely market town, then this traditional old pub in fields outside is the perfect choice. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and the service provided by the friendly staff is top-notch. The breakfast offers a great variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the pub is very much a part of the local community, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The pub has quite limited opening hours, which may be a drawback for those who prefer more flexibility.
